Manage your personal preferences and data room settings.

General Settings is where you update your personal details and manage data room configurations. This menu is accessible from anywhere within the data room, and all changes are saved instantly. Note: Only administrators and the data room owner have access to data room-specific settings.

My Information Update your name, notification email, and the phone number linked to your profile.

When updating your phone number, make sure to include the country code (e.g., +47 for Norway).

Notification Settings Control which email and push notifications you receive. – Email notifications are managed per data room. – Push notifications apply across all data rooms.

Language and Appearance Choose your preferred language (Norwegian/English) and theme (light/dark mode).

Data Room Information (available to administrators) Edit the cover image, name, and description of the data room. Changes are only available to administrators representing the same party (seller/buyer) as the room owner. As a seller-side administrator, you can also define default settings for whether newly uploaded files should be downloadable and/or watermarked.

Subscription Settings (available to data room owner) View and manage your current subscription, including the option to cancel.
