📋Request list
Provides an overview of how requests have been answered in the data room, giving direct access to related files and text responses—independent of the folder structure.
Overview The request list serves as an alternative to the traditional folder view, focusing on the connection between requests and how they’ve been addressed by the seller side. Files uploaded at a deeper level than a request will still appear visually as part of that request’s response—flattened to the same level for clarity.
As an example, the image below shows how request 1.3 (on the left) has been answered with 10 files (on the right). Most of the files are located one level deeper in the structure, indexed as 1.3.X. Files like 1.3.6.1 and 1.3.6.2, which would normally appear in a separate subfolder, are also listed at the same level as the other 1.3.X files. This layout highlights the direct relationship between the files and the original request, regardless of their folder depth.

This allows you to maintain a clean, structured folder setup while still benefiting from fast and transparent navigation across all files related to a specific request.
Filters and CSV Export At the top of the page, a toolbar provides filtering options and the ability to export the answered request list as a .csv file.

Filter Options:
Include all files Include files that were uploaded outside of any specific request.
Hide unresolved requests Reduce clutter by filtering out requests with no responses.
Show contextual data View the last time each file was opened, number of questions per file, and number of attachments found in reply threads. If you’re on the buyer side, you’ll also see the number of concerns and whether the file has been marked as reviewed.
Filter by folder Limit the list to specific folders. Only folders containing requests will be available for filtering.
All filters also affect the exported CSV, allowing you to generate either a full overview or a filtered subset.
